“You were born to let go” is a video installation consisting of a bathtub, sand, a slim monitor, and headphones. Sand is the most consumed resource on Earth after freshwater and almost everything around us in the modern world is made up of this material, especially in the form of glass. Abrasive, moldable, and versatile, it is a reflection of ancient geological processes that connect us with different times and natural transformations.
